Speedbrain GmbH, founded in 2005, has been active in the fields of racing, online marketing and merchandising as well as sports communication since its foundation.

The first milestone in the company's history was the operation of the BMW works team with the BMW HP2, resulting in legendary victories in the Erzberg-Köngis class and the Erzberg prologue, as well as sensational participation in the European XCC cross-country series and at Pikes Peak in Colorado/USA.

From 2007, the prototype of the BMW K16 (450 GS) was tested and further developed in racing until its market launch at the end of 2008. In 2010/11 Speedbrain developed a rally vehicle based on the K16, which started successfully for the BMW brand and later as an in-house development for Husqvarna at the World Rally Raid Championship and Dakar.

In the period 2016 to 2019 Speedbrain took over significant development services for the Indian two-wheeler group Hero MotoCorp Ltd and was also the worldwide exclusive rally service provider for the group during this period.
